Expand rankingCoach's reach across 6 markets (DE, ES, IT, FR, NL and EN) without increasing paid media budget.

What I Did

Designed and operated an end-to-end co-marketing programme (from cold outreach to production and distribution of joint activations including webinars, email campaigns and in-app promotions) tailored by market and audience.

Result

100+ partners contacted. 46% positive response rate. 15% conversion to confirmed collaboration. 7 activations executed with Benchmark, ActiveCampaign, Acumbamail, Alfred.io and others.

Challenge

Monitoring rankingCoach mentions across multiple languages and platforms was impossible to manage manually at scale. It consumed days of work every week.

What I Did

Designed a complete system: a custom GPT to analyse, classify and prioritise content by action type (promote, suppress or replace) + Make.com to automate high-risk URL monitoring and generate automatic weekly reports for the team.

Result

764+ URLs audited across branded and non-branded keywords. Audit time reduced from days to 3 hours per week. Team notified automatically with zero manual intervention.
